Curriculum + Technology + Media

Learning designed for impact.

Most organizations buy curriculum from one vendor, a platform from another, and media from a third. The result is a fragmented experience that costs more, delivers less, and leaves learners without the support they need to apply what they’ve learned.

iCurric designs curriculum, technology, and media as one integrated system, guided by barrier-informed design and built to produce measurable outcomes.

Why learning programs underperform

Three vendors. One fragmented experience.

When curriculum, technology, and media are designed separately, by different teams, on different timelines, with different assumptions about the learner, they don’t connect. Instructors teach content the platform can’t support. Media doesn’t match the curriculum. Assessment measures completion instead of capability. And learners, already navigating real-world barriers, fall through the gaps.

Vendor 1CurriculumWritten without knowing the platform
Vendor 2TechnologyConfigured without the curriculum
Vendor 3MediaProduced without either

This is the most common and most expensive mistake in learning program design. iCurric exists to fix it.

The iCurric difference

One system. Designed together.

iCurric designs learning ecosystems, curriculum, technology, and media built as an integrated whole, from the first learner analysis to the final outcome report.

Every iCurric program is guided by the iCurric360™ framework: a barrier-informed design approach that considers the intellectual, emotional, cultural, technological, and real-world factors that determine whether learning actually transfers.

AI & the Future of Work

AI is rewriting jobs. We help your people keep up.

AI is automating some tasks, augmenting others, and creating roles that did not exist a year ago. iCurric designs AI workforce readiness programs, reskilling and upskilling learners for the tools and tasks their jobs now demand, with the same barrier-informed design that makes learning actually transfer to the job.

AI Workforce Readiness
Practical fluency with the AI tools reshaping each role, grounded in real tasks, not hype.
Reskilling
Structured pathways that move people into new roles as old ones change.
Upskilling
Deeper capability in current roles, so teams grow with the work instead of falling behind it.

Who we are

Learning designed by people who have built it from the inside.

iCurric brings together educators, instructional designers, technologists, and media producers who design learning as one connected system.

Questions

Frequently asked.

What is a learning ecosystem?+

A learning ecosystem is a program in which curriculum, technology, and media are designed together, as one integrated system, rather than purchased separately from different vendors. The result is a more coherent learner experience, stronger outcomes, and better data.

What is barrier-informed learning design?+

Barrier-informed design identifies the practical, cultural, technological, economic, and motivational factors that prevent learners from applying what they learn, and addresses those barriers directly in the program design. iCurric’s iCurric360™ framework is built on this principle.

What types of organizations does iCurric work with?+

Workforce development organizations, entrepreneurship accelerators, corporate foundations, corporate L&D teams, community-based education organizations, and federal and international development programs. If your organization measures learning by what changes, not what completes, iCurric is built for you.

How does iCurric handle learning technology?+

We advise on platform selection, configure and implement learning environments, and integrate platforms with adjacent systems like CRMs and reporting tools. We have worked with Thinkific, LearnWorlds, and Docebo, among others. We do not own or resell proprietary LMS software, we recommend and implement based on what fits your program, your learners, and your reporting requirements.

Is iCurric certified for government and supplier diversity programs?+

Yes. iCurric is a certified Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) and Woman-Owned Small Business (WOSB).

Where do we start?+

A Learning Diagnostic. It takes two to three weeks and credits in full toward any design engagement. It gives you a clear picture of what your program needs, before you invest in building it.
