Learning design for economic mobility.
iCurric was founded on one observation: organizations spend significant resources on learning programs that don't change what people do, not because the content is wrong, but because the program was designed in pieces, by different vendors, without accounting for the real barriers between learning and application.
iCurric designs learning ecosystems, curriculum, technology, and media built as one integrated system, guided by the belief that learning should connect directly to capability, application, and economic outcomes.

iCurric is a play on a few ideas: to innovate curriculum, to curate, to create. But the part that matters most is hidden in plain sight, in the three letters at its center: I‑C‑U. I see you.
Transformation is never an accident, and it rarely fails for lack of talent or heart. It fails in the gap: the distance between what someone is taught and what is actually standing in their way.
To close that gap, we surround learners with the community they belong to, meet them as whole people, and help them clear the barriers in their path, the scaffolding that helps them become who they believe they can become.
Most programs have brilliant experts and real passion. What is missing is the intention that turns all of it into transformation. We call the methodology iCurric360, but it always comes back to those three letters.

Dr. Dawn Sweet
Dr. Dawn Sweet is the Founder and CEO of iCurric. She holds a PhD in adult learning and brings over 20 years of experience across K–12 education, instructional design, educational leadership, workforce development, entrepreneurship education, and program administration.
