Our Work
Three clients. Three different sectors. One consistent outcome: learning programs that people complete, apply, and benefit from.
Organizations come to iCurric when standard curriculum isn't enough, when learners face real barriers, the technology has to hold together, and the funders need to see data. These projects show what barrier-informed, integrated learning design looks like in practice.
Case Study 1 · Corporate Learning · Global Program
The challenge
UPS had years of supply chain knowledge, workshops on logistics, go-to-market strategy, procurement, and business growth, developed by different team members over time. The content was valuable. The delivery was fragmented. There was no unified program small businesses worldwide could access on demand.
What iCurric did
iCurric synthesized years of workshop content into a single, structured curriculum. We mapped the learning sequence, standardized the instructional approach, and designed the full program for on-demand, self-paced delivery, accessible to small business owners across UPS's global partner network, regardless of location, time zone, or schedule.
What was delivered
90%+ completion rate. Participants across UPS's global small business network report the program directly improved their ability to manage supply chains and grow their businesses. The program remains live and active globally.
Designed for: Small business owners doing business globally through UPS's partner ecosystem.
Case Study 2 · Entrepreneurship Education · Multi-Cohort
The challenge
Ponce Bank, a CDFI serving small business owners across the Bronx, Brooklyn, Manhattan, Queens, and New Jersey, needed a structured, practical bootcamp for entrepreneurs underserved by traditional business education. The curriculum had to be immediately applicable, the instruction high quality, and the program had to run across multiple cohorts with consistent results.
What iCurric did
iCurric designed a custom marketing and website SEO workshop series for the Ponce Bank Small Business Bootcamp, funded in partnership with Fiserv. We developed the full curriculum, selected and vetted instructors, and delivered instructor training, ensuring every session met the same standard of quality and relevance across two cohorts.
What was delivered
92% graduation rate across both cohorts. Participants consistently cited the practical curriculum and quality of instruction as directly supporting their ability to improve business performance.
Designed for: Small business owners and aspiring entrepreneurs in underserved NYC communities, served through Ponce Bank's financial inclusion program.
Case Study 3 · Digital Learning Platform · Curriculum + Technology
The challenge
The Russell Innovation Center for Entrepreneurs (RICE), Atlanta's home for Black entrepreneurs, needed a digital learning platform that could deliver their Big IDEAS framework at scale, track participant progress across business development milestones, integrate with their CRM, and generate the outcome data their major corporate funders required.
What iCurric did
iCurric designed the Big IDEAS curriculum, mapped to RICE's five phases: Inspire, Develop, Execute, Accelerate, Scale, and assigned content to the milestone each stakeholder was placed in. We then built and configured Digital RICE on Docebo, integrating the LMS with RICE's CRM into a unified data environment where outcomes could be tracked and reported in real time. As sponsorship grew, we expanded the platform with masterclasses and on-demand content to extend reach beyond Atlanta.
What was delivered
A unified framework for tracking and communicating business growth across the RICE community, and real-time outcome data that directly supported RICE in securing over $1 million in combined sponsorship from Disney and Comcast to expand the platform's national reach.
Designed for: Black entrepreneurs and small business owners at every stage, served through RICE's milestone-based programs.
